Expert Hands Project in Rural Development, Will Be Supported in All Provinces for 3 More Years, In accordance with the Decision on Supporting Expert Hands in Rural Development, for the years 2022-2024 in all provinces, a grant support of up to 100 thousand TL will be given to trained entrepreneurs who graduated from vocational schools and universities providing education in agriculture, livestock, forestry, food, and aquatic products departments that meet the necessary conditions. 2000 projects will be supported every year and 200 million TL will be given as a grant annually. 600 million TL for 3 years will support 6000 farmers who are experts in their fields.
The Communiqué (No: 2021/61) on Supporting Expert Hands Projects in Rural Development within the scope of Rural Development Supports was published in the Official Gazette dated December 24, 2021.
With the communiqué; the procedures and principles regarding the provision of grant support for sustainable investments that will contribute to the employment of the young population living/committing to live in rural areas and graduated from vocational schools and universities providing education in agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, food, and aquatic products departments; encourage these activities to be carried out by trained, expert people by supporting entrepreneurship in the agriculture, livestock, forestry, food, and aquatic products sectors, increase the quantity, quality, and productivity of agricultural production with a trained workforce, and set an example and leadership for enterprises engaged in agricultural production in rural areas were determined.

- Projects for animal production
- Projects for aquaculture production, provided that the maximum production capacity does not exceed 29 tons/year
- Projects for plant production
- Projects for local product and geographically indicated product production
- Projects for processing, storage, and packaging of these produced products
