Süral Project Total 1290 Decares

The total land in the Süral project is 1290 decares and is divided into 8 parts. 420 decares of the land are pomegranate, 395 decares are avocado and citrus, 265 decares are avocado, lemon and orange, 60 decares are avocado, 55 decares are lemon and 100 decares are separated with olive, citrus and avocado. With our central communication stations, we perform remote smart irrigation in the 1290-decare area with our 46 valve control units with both night irrigation and day irrigation. With our user-friendly application, we perform 7/24 remote irrigation monitoring, control and furthermore, end-to-end management.

Problems before esular:

  • Manual Control Difficulty: In a large land spread over an area of 1290 decares, manual control of 46 valve control units and 8 pump stations was difficult and time-consuming.

  • Night and Day Irrigation: As night irrigation was almost impossible and difficult, day irrigation had to be started at early hours because it had to be done in an open field. This required continuous worker assignment.

  • Water Loss and Leakage Control: Water leaks that could not be seen or noticed by eye led to excessive water consumption.

  • Electricity Consumption: Due to irregular irrigation, excessive energy was spent, which caused high costs.

  • Water quality EC and pH: It was very difficult and tiring to manually measure and balance water quality by hand.

  • Soil Water Requirement: Inability to calculate the soil's water requirement caused excessive water consumption and high energy costs.

  • Pressure monitoring and management: Unnoticed pressure changes in the line caused continuous costs by damaging valves and pumps.

How Did We Solve the Problems?

Manual Control Difficulty: By installing esular smart irrigation systems on 46 valve control units and 8 pump stations in a large land spread over an area of 1290 decares, remote control and monitoring have been made possible.

  • Night and Day Irrigation: With esular solutions, the possibility of 7/24 remote monitoring, control and end-to-end management of night and day irrigations has been provided through our user-friendly application.
  • Water Loss and Leakage Control: By installing water meters with pulse outputs at each well and pump outlet, loss and leakage control has been made possible 7/24 through the esular application.
  • Electricity Consumption: By installing energy analyzers at all well and pump stations, monthly consumption costs have become calculable through our application, and thus costs have been reduced with regular irrigation.
  • Water quality EC and Ph: Control and monitoring were enabled via the esular mobile application by installing EC and PH probes at well and pump outlets. In this way, fertilizer and acid started to be given automatically according to PH and EC.
  • Pressure monitoring and management: Thanks to the pressure sensor on the line, the user is informed with instant notifications in case of any negative situation, and the system enters protection conditions by automatically closing itself.
