Plant Water Needs

Plant water needs are the most important issue to consider in agricultural production. The growth and development of the plant depend heavily on irrigation and the proper execution of irrigation. Additionally, when planting, issues such as the amount of precipitation in the region and especially whether it receives sufficient rainfall during the planting period and whether irrigation can be performed are very important. In the table we have prepared below, the water requirements of some plants are given. This table was calculated by taking average values. Soil structure and regional temperature differences can change the amount of water the plant needs.

Which Plant Needs How Much Water

Plant water needs change according to the plant type. For example, while products such as Rice, Banana, and Sugar Cane are plants that need up to 2000mm of water and consume a lot of water, plants such as wheat, corn, and tobacco consume small amounts of water, such as 700 mm. In our list, the average water needs of some widely grown plants during their growth period are given.

Rice Needs Between 900-2500 mm of Water

Rice is a plant that requires plenty of water during its growth period. For this reason, it generally grows in wetlands with high rainfall. Rice, which is also grown in our country, definitely needs irrigation during the growth period. Rice water needs vary between 900-2500 mm per season.

Corn Needs Between 500-800 mm of Water

Corn is a plant species that is very frequently grown in our country and in the world. Although it does not need much water, it is a plant that needs irrigation during the growth period. Corn generally needs between 500-800 mm of water during the growth period.

Proper Irrigation of Plants

We will share information about the proper irrigation of plants later in this section.

Our Fields of Activity

esular smart automatic irrigation system application areas

We reduce your costs with drip irrigation automation in places where water resources are scarce. Thanks to wireless controllable hydraulic valves, equal water distribution is provided to every point of the field and all are controlled from a single point

We make irrigation management fully automatic in modern greenhouses to keep greenhouse production at the desired level, improve product quality, and keep the pH balance under control

We enable you to use and manage the world's most valuable resource in the most efficient way without the need for cabling and external power sources in all your agricultural lands. Whether you determine your irrigation scenario or perform fully automatic irrigation

We provide more efficient and effective irrigation by making valves smart in landscape irrigation. With remote controllable valves and remotely updated scenarios, all control is in your hands

In golf and football fields, homogeneous irrigation is ensured by controlling flow and pressure values. All valves and pumps can be controlled remotely without pulling cables

Smart irrigation city projects

Smart Cities

In smart city applications, we ensure that irrigation areas are watered on time and as desired with sensors that are wireless and can operate with internal batteries for 10+ years. No more sprinklers that irrigate when it rains
