The Pivot Control Board and Panel is a digital control solution developed to remotely and automatically manage mechanical pivot systems in the field. It takes over all of the pivot's controls, including speed, direction, forward/reverse movement, start and stop.
The board features GSM (2G/4G), LoRa / LoRaWAN, WiFi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity along with a built-in GPS sensor; an external GPS sensor can also be connected. This allows the pivot's position and movement to be monitored in real time and managed from anywhere via the mobile and web app.
The product is offered in 5 models: board only, plastic-enclosure panel, metal-enclosure panel, full control panel with transformer and contactor, and full control panel with digital display.
Turn your mechanical pivot into a smart pivot
Digitizes your existing mechanical pivot system without replacing it. The board integrates into the pivot's control circuit, making speed, direction, forward/reverse and start/stop commands remotely operable. Without going to the field, you can start and stop the pivot and adjust its direction and speed (and therefore the amount of water applied).

Mobile and web app
All models work with the Esular mobile and web app: you can start and stop the pivot remotely, change speed and direction settings, track its position on the map, and view operation logs and reports.
Model selection
- Board only — mounted onto your existing pivot panel; the most economical way to digitize.
- Plastic / Metal enclosure panel — the board comes pre-mounted in an enclosure suited to field conditions; manages your existing mechanical pivot control panel.
- Full pivot control panel (with transformer + contactor) — also includes the pivot's power and control hardware, providing complete pivot management. Available with an on-panel control unit or as a remote-only (display-less) version; the display-less panel can also be controlled locally at the panel via Bluetooth.
- Full control panel with digital display — combines full on-site control from the panel's digital display with remote management.
