Smart-O2 is a wireless sensor that measures dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in water within a 0.00–50.00 mg/L range. It transmits data via LoRa–LoRaWAN and, with its internal rechargeable battery, continues measuring for up to 7 days during power outages.

The Smart-O2 sensor is an advanced sensor used to measure dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in water. It provides reliable measurement for water quality monitoring, environmental water analysis, aquaculture applications, and industrial water monitoring systems. It can be integrated with smart monitoring and control systems. The sensor continuously monitors the amount of dissolved oxygen in water, enabling control of water parameters.

The sensor operates on the fluorescence measurement principle. Thanks to this technology, there is no oxygen consumption during measurement, and stable, accurate readings are obtained regardless of water flow rate. Since it does not require electrolytes, maintenance needs are very low, allowing long-term use. 

It can operate on a power supply of DC 5–24V. Thanks to its RS485 output and Modbus communication protocol, it can be easily integrated into automation systems, SCADA systems, and IoT applications. The sensor features built-in temperature compensation and can measure dissolved oxygen together with temperature. 

Its titanium alloy housing provides high resistance to corrosion, allowing safe long-term use in demanding environments such as fresh water, salt water, and wastewater. Thanks to its IP68 protection rating, it is fully waterproof and can operate at depths of up to 30 meters. 

The dissolved oxygen measurement range is 0 – 50 mg/L or 0% – 500% saturation level. The sensor can also measure temperature and delivers its readings with high accuracy. Thanks to its G3/4 threaded connection, it can be easily mounted on water tanks, pools, or pipelines. 

Thanks to its durable optical probe design and fluorescent membrane technology, the sensor delivers stable measurements over the long term. The sensor cap has a long service life under normal usage conditions and requires very little maintenance.
